  While the facility was beautiful, the customer service was quite unprofessional and the funeral service a bit unorganized. Respect and customer service goes a long way with my family and I, and Hooper did not deliver. A disagreement arose between family and Angela Ulen, the supervisor. Her response was "THIS IS MY HOUSE." That comment was completely condescending and disrespectful. Aside from Angela, the other staff members were very helpful and attentive during such an emotional time and my family and I thank them for that. Perhaps they can pass that along to Angela.

  Hoopers was there for my family when we lost both our mother and father. Our experience with them was exceptional they were caring in all aspects. Thank you
