  I have been a student of the scriptures for over a half of a century. I know that true peace and eternal joy can only come from a personal relationship with our beloved Savior and Redeemer Jesus Christ, who came to earth following our Heavenly Father’s plan. I know the Book of Mormon is true and stands as a second witness of Jesus Christ and that there is a true and living Prophet on the earth today, President Russell M. Nelson. Know thatGod loves you, you are His precious child and we must love and respect each other as brothers and sisters.

  Served here on my mission and you will not find more loving people wanting to follow the Savior anywhere else in the Harrisburg area.

  The first time I entered this building I could feel the warmth and love of the people. As I attended the meetings I knew these people, my brothers and sisters, loved the Savior Jesus Christ, as I love him. In my years now as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints I find the same thing where ever I travel and have opportunity to attend a service of the church in another city. Visitors are always welcome. I hope you find it as welcome a place as I found it 33 years ago.

  My family and I were fortunate to attend church in this building for many years. Although we have moved from the area, we have many wonderful memories. There is a wonderful spirit about this place, and we miss the many friends we made there.
